Who we are
ExpressDhan provides debt solutions, structured finance, valuation, tax advisory, restructuring, and related advisory support. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not ourselves disburse loans as a lender unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement.
Informational nature of the site
Content on this website is for general information about our advisory services and does not constitute an offer, commitment, guarantee of funding, credit scoring decision, investment advice, or legal or tax advice. Product names (for example home loan, MSME loan, Mudra) describe facilities we may help you evaluate with partner institutions; eligibility and terms are set by those institutions.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a binding advisory mandate. Formal services may be subject to a separate engagement letter, fee understanding, and verification of information you provide. You agree that details you share are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
No funding guarantee
Lender approvals, pricing, timelines, and disbursement are always subject to the lender’s independent underwriting and policies. ExpressDhan does not guarantee sanction, rate, or turnaround.

Website text, branding, logos, layout, and related materials are owned by ExpressDhan or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse site content without prior written permission, except for fair personal viewing and ordinary browser caching.
Acceptable use

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh (or such other forum as mandatory law requires) shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any separately agreed dispute resolution in an engagement letter.
